Your systems, audits and training all rest on written procedures. Most Lao operations have fewer than they think, and older than they think.
Proof
SSI developed the national SOP on Business Reopening in the New Normal in consultation with the tripartite constituents, funded by ILO–Korea, with Training of Trainers delivery.

- Establish document control, so there is one current version
