What we do
- Build training modules for your specific occupations, from automotive and electrical trades to construction, hospitality, tailoring and agriculture
- Deliver train-the-trainer programmes so your supervisors can run the training themselves
- Combine lectures with hands-on practice, including fire safety and first aid
- Deliver at your site anywhere in Laos, in Lao, English or Chinese
- Evaluate the training and report the results

Delivery at national scale
Under the VEFF II Occupational Health and Safety Programme (Contract 2196/DTVE, December 2025 to April 2026), SSI delivered all 14 planned workshops across 11 provinces to 244 participants, with 96.8% attendance. 89 participants — 36.5% — were women.
Scheduled sessions are arranged directly with SSI.
